Here we go!
8/12/12- My dad is coming into town this weekend for Louisville Cardinals football game and I am so excited! But when I am around my parents I tend to get off track! We are tailgating at my friends awesome spot before the game so I really need to watch my calories! Then we are going to dinner so again... make smart decisions! :) Then Sunday is a baby shower so lots of goodies. I will stay away from all breads and sugars!! I can do it!
8/19/12- My nephews bday week! I am picking him up on 9/23 and taking him on a train ride!! He will be turning 5 so I know he will be super excited! Lots of treats and I will need to make smart decisions. On the plus side I am sure I will be doing a lot of walking and playing with him so I will be getting SOME exercise!
8/26/12- This is the week before I leave for vacation so I want to be diligent with my nutrition and exercise.
10/3/12- I leave for vacation this weekend!! I will make at least one meal at the condo. Limit Carbs and Sugar. Workout every morning.
10/10/12- Still on Vacation!!!! AND my birthday!! Continue to workout every morning and limit carbs and sugar.
10/17/12- Going out with friends this weekend for my birthday. I will allow myself to indulge that night but will get right back on track Sunday!
10/24/12- Halloween Parties!! Stay away from candy! :) I would also like to plan a hike his weekend.
10/31/12- Keep Halloween leftovers out of the house!
11/21/12- Thanksgiving- Check into a local 5k and make my own food to take to dinners! :)
