I'm not sure what I'm doing yet. I feel better, most days, and I am losing weight and learning to eat better, but I am not seeing the results yet, so I'm a little disappointed, to say the least. But, I am NOT giving up, I am moving forward. I have a mini-goal to do 60 minutes of exercise everyday this week, and I have been pretty good (not great) with my diet. I will not weigh in until Sunday, so we will see...!
