I'm not sure what I'm doing yet. I feel better, most days, and I am losing weight and learning to eat better, but I am not seeing the results yet, so I'm a little disappointed, to say the least. But, I am NOT giving up, I am moving forward. I have a mini-goal to do 60 minutes of exercise everyday this week, and I have been pretty good (not great) with my diet. I will not weigh in until Sunday, so we will see...!

    Hi there!
Please stay on track with your goals no matter what the scale says! Use the scale as feedback for what you might need to tweak. That's what I do. Be scientific with it, in terms of not getting attached to the number on the scale, Instead as a way to study habits you may need to change such as, not eating after 7pm, getting more sleep, etc.

Also, measure yourself so you can see results in more than one way! emoticon

    It is not easy but keep up the exercise and eating right and you will see results!
