I can't believe it! I'm finally in maintenance. I've heard this is the hardest part of weight loss, so I think I'll stick with 4-6 days a week, 1-2 hours a day working out and see how my weight stabilizes. Spark says I can eat 1890-2240 calories a day for maintenance. Seems like a lot to eat. I plan to continue to work on my endurance. I hope to become a personal trainer. I would like to work with the morbidly obese. I like "Biggest Loser" but I feel some of the exercises they have the morbidly obese doing is not appropriate and too much on their joints.
I can always use myself as an example to motivate. If I can do it, you can do it!
