a long time ago, my doctor (well the PA actually) told me I should try the spartacus workout. At the time I was running 3 days a week and wasn't losing weight. She thought I needed some strength training, and to eat more.
So today I tried it. I could only do 1 set of each exercise, and my legs are still sore. I will be feeling it tomorrow.
Now what I am wondering is didn't the old fitness tracker spew out suggestions for strength training? does the new one not do this and if it does, how do i get it to do it.
I found tracking a little bit of a pain, and am wondering if I just did what they suggested it would be easier to track.
