My blood pressure is going down

yea!!!! I'm so happy. I'm tracking my blood pressure each day because it's been so high-and now that I'm working out 5 days a week, it's going down. It might sound crazy for me to be happy about something but...165/100 is a lot better than it was when I started. Highest ever was 210/140. I've also gained 5 pounds, but have lost an inch. So I must be doing something right....and I just realized the other day my calorie count has gone down from 4200 to 3200-3500. Still trying to tweek my eating habits and bring it down to my goal range of 2500-2800. At least I'm making steps :)

    emoticon Keep exercising and it'll continue to go down. Exercising and healthy eating resulted in no more blood pressure medicine for me. emoticon
