So I didn't completely fall off our anything. But I did take a break from spark people. I've realized that when I log my food, my choices tend to be better. Mostly because I hold myself more accountable with what goes in my mouth. Without a food journal of sorts, you lose that.
So I'm currently sitting at about 256, which is great! But I could do more. I want to do more. I could give everyone excuses about school and work making exercise and dieting harder, but it's really about the time I put in that reflects what I get out. I know I can do better.
