I'm back.

So I didn't completely fall off our anything. But I did take a break from spark people. I've realized that when I log my food, my choices tend to be better. Mostly because I hold myself more accountable with what goes in my mouth. Without a food journal of sorts, you lose that.

So I'm currently sitting at about 256, which is great! But I could do more. I want to do more. I could give everyone excuses about school and work making exercise and dieting harder, but it's really about the time I put in that reflects what I get out. I know I can do better.

    It's good that you're not making excuses. Taking breaks is okay. We all do that from time to time. But you're coming back, which is wonderful, and now you can take the next steps forward! :)
