Well let’s see today is the 3rd day of my new life trying to drop my muffin top. But I have all ready dropped 6.9 pounds and feeling really good about it just 73.6 to go!!!! I know it’s been a fast start and that will not last long, but as the saying goes slow and steady wins the race. Just need to have that in my mind, along with my goals at all times!

Some of the things I’m doing our 2 red raspberry ketones extract 900mg pills before each mean and sense as well. I have never been really an over eater most of the time but I think thanks to them I have made heather picks with my diet! Oh and don’t forget the 8 cups a day of water, that has been helping as well. It’s the 1st time in the long time I truly am feeling good about myself, god what a great feeling!!!!

I wish it was Thursday for I’m planning to start going back to Zumba classes! I may look like a dork but I feel good and have fun working out! If you have not tried Zumba and you like dancing you should!!!! I’m not the best in the class by for, but it’s a lot of fun and it just makes you feel good about yourself! YouTube it if you don’t know what it is!!! It just makes you want to get up and move!!!

Now outside of the muffin top losing I’m still really stressed out, and I just don’t know what to do about ever thing! My so called friends are making drama for me and I just want to get my things back and wash my hands of it! But that has been harder than one would think, for there all ways hanging out with someone ells, >.> but I will not give up! Oh and I thought I found a guy I like someone, who I could truly open up to and by myself, but ((why is there all ways a but)) he has like 5 friends with benefits and I’m not playing that game so yep moving on!! My mom and dad are on me to get a job, and good god do I want one! It’s not that I’m not looking it’s just no one is picking me!!! ((I do think it’s the muffin top that’s making it harder, for someone said something last time I went to an interview)) so again goals are: get job, move out, make 10 new friends, win the over 2mill in the lottery (if you’re going to dream, dream big), and loss the over 73.6 muffin tops!!!!
