I just spent a couple of hours with CAROLJ35 and ADEWYN. These are ladies I did not know before Sparkpeople. I'm from Texas and am visiting North Carolina for a week. It is so awesome to be able to get together with Spark friends. They will me my lifeline when I am in need of support. And lately I have been in need. I have a refreshed outlook now. I put mustard on my sandwich instead of mayo. LOL
