Needing to play catch up here. Been under the weather due to head cold and allergies. Thusly, I will try to keep my answers short and sweet.
Q, Day 10: Why are you working towards the goal you talked about on Day 1? Particular health goal? Size goal? Activity goal? Vanity goal?
A, I'm working toward the main goal (pursuit of a healthy lifestyle), which I talked about on Day 1 because I want to be the best me I can be - for myself, and for my family. I want to set a good example for my kids and be around for them as long as I can, as much as it is under my control.
Q, Day 11: Day 11. What do you like most about your body? Has what you like most about your changed as you've progressed towards your goals?
A, I'm amazed that, for as much as I've neglected my body over the years, it works as well as it does and is responding to my efforts to improve it.
Q, Day 12: Day 12. Post a picture of your inspiration. Thinspiration if that's your thing. Fitspiration if that's what you're after. Heathspiration if that's your primary goal. Why is this person inspiring to you?
A, I'll have to think about this and dig around. The youngin's are requiring tending at the moment. Stay tuned...
