Okay, not only did I break 180 today,
but I had a look at my nutrition reports. While still eating meals with friends, and still getting the occasional "treat", I am staying within all my ranges, watching trends (but still fighting the sodium monster! )
and overall looking good nutritionally.
I coulda told myself that, seeing as I'm feeling good (except for these durn allergies that keep me from sleeping soundly unless I'm medicated...in which case, I'm dopey the next morning), looking good, not feeling overly hungry, and able to effectively do my (moderately more vigorous) workouts without collapsing.
But - it's still good to see it in black & white (or in multi-color pie charts, as the case is).
I'm very encouraged. You should be, too. If I (Captain of the "No-Self-Discipline-Allowed" club -
) can do this, anyone can!
