I really can't believe the BLC is starting again. I've been so stressed and under the weather that I just haven't been able to orientate myself. Grr.
BUT! this isn't about doing it because I feel like it. It's about doing it because I chose to do it. The enthusiasm will return when my wellness returns I'm sure :)
Hopefully, I'm just a few days from feeling healthy again because I hate being this grumpy on SP! :)
Goals for the next 10 weeks
1. Avoid chemically tainted foods
2. Choose 5-10 servings of fruits and veggies
1. 10 minutes of activity a day
2. 3-5 gym workouts a week
3. Get out and enjoy life!
Another BLC. Good job. I didn't think you had it in you, but you did it and you did it well.
Did you live well the last 10 weeks? Then the weight doesn't matter. I know you wanted to lose 20 pounds in these 10 weeks, but as you get smaller it's getting harder. What matters is that you keep moving forward- keep making the right choices. Goal weight will be there waiting for you, but today won't be- so live it and live it well! (but no, I'm not giving you permission to live to eat- but you know that already.)
Stop waiting to do what you want with your life. Go for it. Do it.
