This round I WILL reach my goal weight of 128.
I want to maintain around 130, but really want to see 128 so I can say I 40lbs!!
I will do my absolult best in all BLC weekend challenges. Those are what keep me going in the right direction.
I don't need to say I will eat this many calories and workout this many minutes because I have to adjust my calories weekly depending on how intense/long my workouts are...those change every day!
I plan on starting and finishing the Insanity program this round and of course keep up with my 1/2 marathon training. I will also decided what to do with my running after the race on November 5th.
I have to concentrate on my water intake and my freggies. I will incorpotate clean eating and some aspects of the Paleo diet into my meal plans, but will not stress out about it!
I will also work on making yoga part of my weekly routine. At least once a week, hopefully more!
Lastly, I will continue to work on my home organization and productivity. I always do better with a clean and organized home!
