I've been slacking a bit the past week due to severe heel blisters, one of which became infected. I have not been able to wear my gym shoes, but I've been doing some strength training exercises in my bare feet. I've been tracking my food religiously, just not been so good on the exercise. Still, I lost 2 more pounds, which is good. I have so much trouble keeping motivated with exercise. I'm a gym person. I love going to the gym, I'll spend hours there if I can. Motivating at home when I have to come up with a routine by myself...not so much.
I think I may be motivated more by interaction, thus this blog. I don't blog well, but I'm learning. I like reading blogs, and they inspire me, so maybe actually writing one will help me.
If anyone reads this.....
* Do you come up with your own exercise routines at home?
* What exercises do you do?
* How do you stay motivated when those around you sneer at your attempts (oh....another diet? yeah, good luck with this one.), or even sabotage your efforts (we don't have enough money in the grocery budget for your food....help me load up these 5 12pks of soda and this huge bakery chocolate cake...)?
