emoticon PUSH THAT TUSH ... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

The weather has been great...and I made a nice pork and veggie stew (loaded with peppers, carrots, tomatoes, celery, and red kidney beans). And I've been enjoying my pears with a little peanut butter.

I plan to do a lot of core exercises and some Zumba today.
Gotta work on my love handles. Take a bite out of my apple shape.
Make it a great day...Push It ...Push that Tush

    Hooray for Zumba!!!! I love these pics. Today's favorites is contents settled during shipping. Boy did I identify with that one! But I have to thank you for all of the tush pushing love - my tush is toning up and not as far south as it used to be....now if only my belly would deflate....

    I like "we can do anything we want as long as we stick to it long enough.." That is what it takes..long term stick to it..admirable, especially from Hellen Keller.

Your stew sounds good. Last night I tried sphaghetti squash with feta, basil and olives. I am hoping it is low carb!
