Well I have not been keeping up with my blog but I still have been working out. Yesterday I worked out my arms and let me tell you I was feeling sore this morning and I still am. Today I did cardio. Tomorrow I will be working out my arms again trying to do more reps. I am learning step by step how to actually workout my arms. Im glad that my fiance was a weight lifter in high school. I go to him for advice. Have a great night yall. oh and GO RANGERS
