Fitness and weight loss update time!

Hey,

I was at 139 this morning which is good but I would lovee to be at 138 or 137 by this point.
I just got back from the gym and had a good workout focusing on working out my arms and doing cardio.
My goal for the next four weeks is to lose 2 pounds each week by increasing intensity each week at the gym and eating healthier and cleaner.
I have been doing so well so far, and I am loving my body and just don't know how I could live with myself before I started my love for fitness and healhy eating. I look back at my chubby figure and think that thank god I am not that way anymore because it was not attractive.
I will keep going towards my goal and I will soon be at my next goal weight of 135 lbs and recieve my little gifts to myself that I bought quite some time ago :P yay
