BL Fall Leaves of Change challenge

For this challenge, I would like to improve upon my strength training. To be truthful, I really need to START my strength training. I think about it & that's about as far as it gets. I have several articles with exercise suggestions, but never follow through. This time I need to actually take the plunge & finish strong!

    I have a good palce to start if you want to try. A friend of mine gave these to me and I Call them the GUIN three after her.

YOu do squats, push ups and ab sit ups. start with 1 set of 15 per day each item. AS they get to easy , add more sets, add weights, add are movements,

I started with wall push ups, just plain squats and abs on a stability ball until I was doing 100 each per day.

SHe said her trainer told her these are three things you can do anywhere and they work!!

    I struggle with strength training all the time. I find that if I can find a dvd that does both cardio and strength I am better off. So I am there with you! We Can do it!

    Good for you! I would suggest finding some that work more than one body part at a time. It makes it feel like you are doing more ST in less time!
