Well, it's been a rough weekend and a bad start to the week. Trying to stay on track today. Went to posts and read some really good stories of how people are making this work. My issue is that I had been completely following the diet for several months, NO CHEATING, and only lost a couple of pounds. DEPRESSING! I know it is because I don't exercise enough, but really only a couple of pounds? I went on a two week vacation and now having a really hard time sticking to my menu. I need a kick in the pants and possibly a husband who is not such a bad influence on me. I am tired and my defenses are down. Hopefully, will get a decent nights sleep tonight so I have the energy to fight the demon's around me.
