I know that you have been going through a rough time, and I want to tell you that it is ok to let yourself feel down, but only for a little while. It's time to get up and move on. You know that you will feel better if you lose the weight, if you find other methods to cope with stress and boredom, and depression. You are worth more than what you are being given credit for. Don't do it for anyone but yourself.
