A month ago I began walking. I started with a 2 mile course, and made plans to expand to 5 miles over 3 months. I would walk 3 days per week. My fitness level is coming together better than expected, because I am already up to 5 miles per day, 4 days per week. I'm going to add a shorter route for work days to increase my exercise to 7 days per week. My back feels better and my energy levels are much improved.
