Well, just my first interval workout. I ran a mile in 10 mins. then did incline walking then ran 4 more times( .25 mile each time) within the the rest of the hour workout. So running was a total of 2 miles. Not straight but it was done. And the incline was a great workout too. Very happy. Think I might be able to run a 5k some day :)
