So recently I had a binge episode and I felt like crap for 3 full days afterwards. It was miserable and definitely not worth going through again. So i think I'm FINALLY on the right track. I have the number of days since mindless eating on a bulletin board and I also have an outfit from years ago that I want to fit into again on the back of my door. Hooray for motivation !
