Weight loss has been sluggish...so, have been keeping away from the scale a little lately. I feel good and my clothes fit (which is a red flag warning).
Still logging, except for slacking off a bit on the weekends. Watching portions and trying to make most meals as healthy as I can.
Walking & Running some...trying 3-4 times a week. Back up to 10-15 minute intervals in hopes of ramping back up to 30 minutes or more (5k territory).
Wow...that was pretty dull.
