Everyday I weigh, pack, and portion out my servings. I have a few cheaters I would like to share. The first is a portion cup that holds 2 tablespoons of salad dressing. I purchase the cups and lids at Smart & Final for less than $3.00 for 250. There is no way to add too much dressing when I use these cups.
Second is what I call the 1/2 size snack bag. I pick up a 2X3 ziplock bag in the crafting store. These are great for croutons and small salad toppings. I use these often and find no matter how hard I try I can not over stuff these bags past 100 or so calories.
Keep in mind I use my kitchen scale, measuring spoons and cups to keep my portions under control. Not just once in a while. EVERYDAY . Its one of the big changes I have made over the last 3 years with Spark people. I will never give up!
