I realize I need a whole lot more attitude towards the exercise.
I know enough NOT to compare myself to others, but I know I can do a lot more with what I've got. I need to foster some of that obsessive drive I get and channel it towards the physical stuff. 111 days left in 2012 may sounds like a lot, but time flies and when I don't focus...it just disappears.
So ... once again ... pushing myself to do what needs to be done.

You can do it! The time goes fast as you said, but it also does when you exercise, if you do exercise you enjoy. I am doing these killer elliptical routines courtesy of MotionTraxx, which I read about in a Spark article. I compete against myself and push myself each week to hit a faster stride, or a higher resistance. I also do Zumba, which is so much fun it hardly feels like exercise to me because I love to dance. Find something you love to do and not only will your 20 or 30 or 60 minutes (or whatever time commitment you make for yourself) fly, but you'll be toned, more fit and energetic at the end of the 111 days! 2015 days ago
