I mean...after yesterday, well anything is an improvement.

My hubby took a vacation day and we played hooky today.
We saw the original Raider's of the Lost Ark movie at the IMAX.
It was good until the last 10 minutes. The dude that
opened the Ark should have been dead instantly, but
it was Hollywood, not a Sunday school lesson. I'll get over it.

It was fun pretending like we were dating again.
Sometimes I can go an entire 30 minutes and not worry about my kids. :)

We went to dinner at The Cheesecake factory, but "Penny"
wasn't working. :) I'm embarrassed to admit that was my first
time eating there. I've been under house arrest for the past 15
years being the mom, but I get a "good behavior" pass once a week now. :)

It REALLY was good day and I almost ruined it when I tracked my food. Normally I don't track calories but I just had to see how many calories a slice of cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory actually has. Now I wish I didn't know. Whoever said ignorance is bliss, obviously knew what they were talking about. Oh well, now I feel better about leaving the last few bites. It was first...I didn't finish my dessert. What a shocker!
Time to quit rambling and catch some shut eye.
