Wooooot!!! I Did it!!! I went on my business trip for the past four days and I made the healthiest choices that I could and I forgot my sneakers so I couldn't work out... but apparently what I DID DO worked because I didn't gain any weight :0)
Today ~ I was gentle with myself because I did not get home and into bed until 1:30 so I chose to sleep in a little ~ Tomorrow I am back on!
I recorded my food intake and I drank all of my water!
Feeling good DOing!! Now to step it up... so far I have lost 7 pounds (I was 239 22 days ago)
My gym is having a Biggest Winner competition that starts today and ends December 3rd. Just the motivation I need!
My next MINI goal is to get to 228 pounds to break the '30 mark.
