Metabolism reset? Muscles "get used to" routine? Fact or myth? I'm going to find out for myself because I'm back moving after a break.
It's interesting that my pace, and distance are the same as before. But 7 miles felt sooooooo much longer to finish. It's in my head! My log showed I was even faster by a few seconds than when I was moving in July. But it felt like I was on the road for more time. It's definitely in my head.
Confidence and persistence are built on practice and repetition. That's a fact.
Stopping a healthy routine is way easier than maintaining one, or starting one. Fact.
