Yesterday I was all out of whack. I ate well, but the balances must've been off. Didn't have enough protein for one thing - and then I didn't feel like cooking any dinner for myself so I had fresh strawberries and ricotta. So I had probably too much salt, not enough water, too much fat and not enough meat protein.
I know all this because I weighed this morning and hadn't lost. Am I upset? Nah. I ate well even though the balance was wrong, didn't have anything I shouldn't, so it's ok.
I have a raging case of PMS too which just MIGHT contribute to the mix. ;)
