Frustrated that I've pretty much fallen completely off the wagon and gained 2 pounds back, I was searching through SparkPeople and came across the thread above where a few people were discussing upping your calorie intake to lose weight. I've never heard that and I wish I would've found that thread before I fell off the wagon because I could've probably saved myself. Booooo!
Well I am getting back on track starting today. I will be walking every day like I used to do and watching what I eat!!! I've got to catch this before I just give up and gain back the 10 lbs I lost....well now only 8 lbs lost,but that's better than nothing.
