The weekend was a bust. Karen, apparently you were closer to the point than I realized when you mentioned perimenopause. Ugh. A shortened cycle is not my idea of fun, let me just say. I must figure out a way to, if dealing with it over the weekend, keep control and not let it get the best of me.
I had good moments.. high calorie burns on Friday and Sunday, so I feel good about that. Saturday I basically grazed on any and everything. I'll wait until the water weight is shed and see where I stand with things.
Here's to resuming normalcy yet again. Walk. Run. Gym. Lather, rinse, repeat.
