Day 1: What are your current stats? Explain how many calories you will be eating every day and what exercise you will be doing.
At this point, I currently weight 214.2 lb and my measurements are
Waist - 34.5 in
Hips - 47 in
Thighs - 28 in
Arms - 14 in
Every day my goal is to eat 1280 and 1630 calories. And I currently exercise 5 days a week. Aerobics, walking and strength training are what I usaally do!!
