Day 1 again

Here I am starting out again... again. I wonder why I went off track? All the excuses for eating bad food and not bothering to track or exercise has given me results, for sure results of the wrong kind. 20 lb gain over a year, inches everywhere, back to flabbiness and feeling a bit sick sometimes and stressed out too. I really need to remind myself all the time that it's more stressful not to exercise and track than it is to do it!
My short term goal, back to 25 BMI in a month or so. Hmm a reward could be shopping for new clothes since I don't fit last falls jeans! How about some new boots? Treat myself :) Track everyday, exercise 5 days, I know I can do it because I did it already!
Long term goal 145 lbs, this might take until next Spring and that's fine!
