The baby woke with the older kids, so no workout..YET
Trip to the Endo for my daughter was good, her A1C is getting lower...
We are leaving agin for a bit to walk around the towns pond. Hopefully can get in a mile or so before my son needs to picked up, then a walking a few miles at the track tonight for football practice.
Was SO hungry on the trip back home, not stopping for food was HARD!!! They do not offer gluten free options so, that helped. But when I did get home I made a simple sandwich of PBJ on WW... But woofed it down I barely tasted it, so I had two.
My goal this week is to tackle this weird belly I have below my belly button... Most
affectionately called the mommy belly. Drinking more water, less carbonated drinks and focused core workouts with cardio...everyday. We will see on Friday how I did.
My current measurements in that area are (gulp) at bb: 40 and below it 46.
Maybe I should measure again BEFORE I woof down a bunch of food and water... Lol.
