So, here is is the end of summer, and I'm still at the same loose 3 - gain 3 point that I was at the beginning of summer. It has been a terrible, hot summer for me, and between excess sweating and hot flashes, my exercise was limited to kayaking in the evening and walking on the weekends in the early morning. My food choices have been all over the place.
So, this past weekend, my husband made all my food for the week (he is awesome), and today is my first day back on my old eating plan that worked so well for me. It's great to be organized again, and not looking for something to eat in our Cafe at work. I even got out to walk at lunch since the weather here is so great.
My plans are to focus on one day at a time, one meal at a time if necessary and get this weight off.
