Down and out, but not for long

Meh, I have completely lost grasp of my weight loss. I had hoped to be under 200 ten days ago and still am not. I am not going to let this get me down, just set a new goal of under 200 by Thanksgiving. I am thankful that I wake up every morning with the promise of a new day. I am proud of myself for losing what have, I'm almost half way to my ultimate goal! I can do this, I can do this, I can do this!

    Good for you! I figure on this healthy lifestyle journey some of us travel fast, some slow. The IMPORTANT thing is that we're all heading in the right direction. No matter how small our steps are, if we consistently take them we eventually arrive where we want to go!
