Redoing c25k for speed ;)
Nhs c25k program. Liking it so far.
So I go at my top speed/ stride for run section.
Body feels heavy..sigh
Ran 1, interval 4
Pod runner is 160-180 staircase to God
I walked the 180 bmp
Stride is tiny.
in that order ;)
