Hi spark

Redoing c25k for speed ;)

Nhs c25k program. Liking it so far.

So I go at my top speed/ stride for run section.

Body feels heavy..sigh

Ran 1, interval 4

But....yeah!

Pod runner is 160-180 staircase to God
I walked the 180 bmp

Stride is tiny.

Goal:
1. FORM
2. STRIDE
3. SPEED

in that order ;)
