I am looking forward to a challenge in October. Not sure what we plan to do yet.

Also I have decided to put away my scale. I was weighing myself to much! I was becoming obsessed. I am putting my scale in the basement and it is a huge relief. I am focusing on ecxercise and healthy eating. My motoactv has training plans so I am starting a 10k and a cycling training plan. Both require a fitness test first then the plans are uploaded to my device. I love that!
This week I am also learning to deal with positive comments. I think before I had problems. I always said thank you and was polite about them. However inside I hated the positive comments. I have so much weight to go I was focusing on that instead of focusing on the positive (the amount I have lost so far, the endurance I have, better balance, and much better health)
So my tip today is think positive! Stressing over the weight you have left to lose can zap you of willpower.
