GONE TEAM....And a weekly update WUB

I am looking forward to a challenge in October. Not sure what we plan to do yet.

I can invite you to join the team if you want to try it. We challenge each other and we work hard!!

Also I have decided to put away my scale. I was weighing myself to much! I was becoming obsessed. I am putting my scale in the basement and it is a huge relief. I am focusing on ecxercise and healthy eating. My motoactv has training plans so I am starting a 10k and a cycling training plan. Both require a fitness test first then the plans are uploaded to my device. I love that!

This week I am also learning to deal with positive comments. I think before I had problems. I always said thank you and was polite about them. However inside I hated the positive comments. I have so much weight to go I was focusing on that instead of focusing on the positive (the amount I have lost so far, the endurance I have, better balance, and much better health)

So my tip today is think positive! Stressing over the weight you have left to lose can zap you of willpower.

    I too struggle with compliments and positive comments. I always feel unworthy to hear them. I'm working hard on that too.

    Way to go Karendee on finding your positive and on hiding those evil scales. Scales lie. It is more important how you think and how you feel and girl you are awesome. Let's bring on some insanity......... and as often as we can get it a runner's high. Love you, Barbie
