Q. What do you think will be different when you reach your goal weight? If you are in maintenance, what did you think would be different? What actually was different?
Whoops - I've missed a few days, gotta catch up!
I imagine that when I reach my goal of becoming fit and permanently living a healthy lifestyle, I will have many more adventurous experiences under my belt. I will have met many interesting people, made fabulous friends, and I will feel strong, confident, more positive, and have more energy.
I will like to go clothes shopping, besides just for shoes.
These are the things I am imagining, and anticipating.
