I've been doing so well on my diet and exercise plan, the other night threw me off a little bit and I'll admit that I went a little over on my calories last night also but overall I think I've been doing pretty well. I've lost 4 more pounds (yay go me!) and I'm super excited about it.
I'm trying to get my mind healthier also, so I'm keeping up with the daily "pep talk" and trying to be optimistic in daily obstacles.
The support of SparkPeople has really helped though, I'm so very thankful that I found this website... for the first time since I had my son I think I can actually do this!
