Good weekend

Some bad foods, but mostly good. 90 mins walking + ST yesterday, which made me feel awesome. My goal this week is at least 15 mins cardio every evening. It helps me sleep so much better. Plus, if I tell myself I only have to do 15 mins, I always end up doing more once I am started.

    Great!! I'll try to take a page out of your book this week. I actually did some walk/jog yesterday, in the height of the hot temps here, and survived to tell the tale
