I know I haven't blogged for a while, but I'm here. As of right now, my weight is stuck in the 270's but I'm still trying. On August 25th my husband reproposed to me so on Monday, September 9, 2013 we are going to renew our vows at Myrtle Beach at sunset. I'm really excited about it. That is my motivation to lose weight. When we got married, I weighed at least 300 pounds (maybe even more). So when we renew our vows, it's real important for me to look good & feel good. Well sorry so short but going to go for now.

my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years old and has lost 105 pounds.

i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60.

we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal
