Out of 160ville, In to 150ville

Monday, September 10, 2012

I know I haven't blogged in a long time but this is just a quick update as to what is going on in my journey.

I finally moved out of 160ville and I couldn't be happier. I weighed in this morning at 159Lbs and that's a 3.5Lbs lost in a week emoticon . Now, I know that I won't be losing that much all the time but I'm so excited I broke that plateau.

Being in 160ville for a very very long time, I have learned that lack of discipline is what kept me there so long. The moment I decided to really track all I eat and I really put in that workout time, pounds started coming off. So I'm going to keep it going and my goal is to lose 2Lbs this week.

Alright got to start working now. Have a happy healthy week

This is very inspiring! I feel that same way about 170ville! Congratulations!!! It is all true! You have to hold yourself accountable for everything you do. I am so happy for you that you found that inner strength and stayed strong to get through the 160's!

Way to get to 150ville! I just arrived here myself. No kidding about being stuck in 160ville! I definitely got lazy and stopped tracking and was stuck there forever. Once I started tracking again, it was a breeze to get down here. Keep up the great work!

That's awesome! I remember that excitement. When I really truly started tracking, it was in June 2011 and the pounds just flew off. It does slow down the further you go, but if you really stick with it, it works!

I am happy for you I am 160 & I have been there because of my lack of falling off the logging of food & the lack of discipline. My own doing this week I am going to start over again. I miss my clothes that I have not been able to wear & the one's I do wear I have to suck in my stomach all the way to by back bone to even get them zipped & buttoned up. I was looking at pictures & it was disgusting I hardly recognize who I am any more.My husband's comment is Judy you are gating older you will gain weight. I say not so it is ourselves that put it on. I feel no matter how old we are we as women want to look good not for the sake of others but for ourselves. You have a good week & thanks for posting
