Everyday I start off with my pedometer in my right pocket. It helps remind me daily that each step counts. I gave up wearing a wrist watch and replaced my time piece with a pedometer that has a clock. Even better I can reflect on my weeks progress any time I like as my pedometer keeps 7 days of recorded steps. I have washed 3 pedometers , lost 2 and flat wore 1 out. I have 3 spares and feel lost if I leave it at home.
My goal is 6000 steps a day but reach beyond 10000! My highest day has been 20887 and I was very tried at the end of the day!
Count those steps and every step counts! Happy Monday!
