Push That Tush -- It's All About Choices

I was on track Sunday...but didn't get as much exercise as I need.
I did buy peanut butter and was fine using a 2 Tbsp on my pear as my dessert
(but those are still calories).

Today is cool and I plan to do at least an hour of exercise ...
even if I spread it out during the day.

Remember.... we have 4 months to make 2012 a great year

    Wootness, this is another great blog! I love reading the motivationals and then hearing how your day went.

    PB is good for weight management actually, if folks are like you and can be happy with a serving with something else like your pear (good idea, never thought of that combo).

    I have to buy the little cups that are 2.5 Tbsps ... or take a coffee scoop and have my 2 Tbsp serving out of that.

    I love the stuff when I am on a plateau. Invariably PB gets me off a plateau, but it sure is hard to control the amount. Good for you and the pear! Woot!

    Hi Sheryl........
    Peanut Butter is not BAD.........if you stick to your serving size, it is actually good for you. My son is a Type 1 Diabetic and Peanut Butter is one of the foods that the RD recommended to him as a good source of Protein. Once again, it is sticking to the correct serving size or portion and NOT going CRAZY!!! He takes it for a portable lunch as he is in his car for most of his lunches.

    I love the dog photo. LOL. Someone needs to watch me. I managed to avoid temptation so far today though. I'm okay with peanut butter as long as it counts toward my calories. Only a serving though.

    Love the inspirations. I can also use them in my personal life. Yesterday I went to a hear a friend play her flute in a quartet. I wore capris and a top and sandals. Everyone else was dressed up. Ugh. I always feel like I am out of sync with life. But as the sayings say: I will pick myself up, not beat my myself and and learn for next time. Thx for the shares....

    Ugh I hit the darn chips that I just had to have at the store. But you know what??? i'm not beating me up..this is going to happen and if this is to be a lifestyle than I need to be ready to accept it on occasion. So today is a new day. PUSH THAT TUSH is what i'm going to do.
