PUSH THAT TUSH..GET MOVING TOWARD YOUR DREAMS
I was on track Sunday...but didn't get as much exercise as I need.
I did buy peanut butter and was fine using a 2 Tbsp on my pear as my dessert
(but those are still calories).
Today is cool and I plan to do at least an hour of exercise ...
even if I spread it out during the day.
Remember.... we have 4 months to make 2012 a great year
