No Exercise = No Weight Loss!

Oh, such a simple formula. I didn't lose any more weight this week. Technically, I gained, but it was less than a pound and I weighed myself in the afternoon rather than first thing in the morning, so I don't really count it as a weight gain so much as a non-loss.
Very conscious of the fact that my diet was pretty similar this week (with the addition of just a bit more sugar) so the only factor that accounts for my lack of progress this week is the fact that I didn't make time to exercise.
It's started to rain, so if I walk in the morning I'll need to tolerate getting wet. Might be time to get back to the gym.
