No Exercise = No Weight Loss!

Oh, such a simple formula. I didn't lose any more weight this week. Technically, I gained, but it was less than a pound and I weighed myself in the afternoon rather than first thing in the morning, so I don't really count it as a weight gain so much as a non-loss.

Very conscious of the fact that my diet was pretty similar this week (with the addition of just a bit more sugar) so the only factor that accounts for my lack of progress this week is the fact that I didn't make time to exercise.

It's started to rain, so if I walk in the morning I'll need to tolerate getting wet. Might be time to get back to the gym.

    You have more water in the day than first thing in the morning. You may want to try you weight again and see where you are. You may actually log in a loss.

    The lack of exercise bites me pretty consistently. Lazy simply isn't the approach for weight loss (grrr!). We'll get there!

    I totally understand how you feel. Just moving our bodies burns calories no matter how you do it. Even if you get some free weights in your home, if it rains, you can then weight train!!! Good luck!

It is like filling up your car with gas and then parking it in the garage for a week;
At the end of that week, the fuel tank will still be full.
Have to drive the car, to burn the gas!

You Still Are Making Progress Even If You Didn't Lose Weight. You Know All The Variables That Come Into Play When We Weigh Ourselves. I Step On It Every Morning But That's To Keep An Eye On The Numbers. I'm Not Putting My Faith In The Scale Though. I Have To Do Something Different This Week Since I Want To Lose 8lbs This Month And There's 20 Days Left For Me To Do That. Whatever You Decide To Do, I'm Cheering For You. I Work Out A Lot Inside So Bad Weather Doesn't Bother Me. It's Going To Be Cooler So I'll Walk Every Chance I Get. Keep Your Eyes On The Prize!
