Ok, so I kinda fell off wagon last challenge... I didn't gain, but I did stop logging in, posting, and all that fun stuff. This move threw me off and I need to get back with it. I am close... under 200lbs and 50 more pounds until goal. I need to start tracking, I need to drag my happy ass out to the gym.
Things to help me... I bought a bike the other week. I am hoping to get on more and to drag my spawn out with me. I got a fitbit replacement since my husband was nice enough to wash it
Goals for the BLC 16
-lose 15 more pounds
-drink all my daily water
-take all my vitamins daily
-get back to doing 15k/week (so I can work up more and faster)
Goals for this week
-log into SP daily
-10k steps on fitbit/day
I know these goals look minor, but its just to get started. I hope to over achieve... build my confidence :D
