    Good goals and plans. You are really doing a lot of exercise and trying to eat healthy. My plan would say wine instead of beer...it can be so tempting!

    So is NA.. Nah, or Not Available?..lol. Just keep doing more every week, and soon it will be a habit. Do you like doing these exercises? I play basketball, and swim, because I hate the gym, and know I'll be stuck in there for 4-5 months. Much easier to stick to something , if you love it. Like BEER..lol
