We had another busy hectic weekend. I thought for sure I was getting sick, but feel good today.
I weighed myself today and am very disgusted. I lost a 1/2 pound. I was hoping to get out of the 150's. My clothes don't fit right again. Five pounds on me is like a pant/dress size. I am seriously considering joining WW online. I know Sparkpeople has a calorie counter, but by the time I go through all that I quit.
Our dryer broke, so we went out looking for a new dryer. We went out to eat at Eat 'n' Park and spent $70 for five people. I ate the salmon and it was very good. I have to start trying to plan how to eat at home more often and make quick and easy meals, but it is hard on the run.

Good morning Cheryle~ Just had to say you can do it girl! With the exercise and tracking my food that is what I normally lose a week is just a half pound. It may not seem like much, but you aren't gaining and still going in the right direction. One of the main reasons I wanted to start eating right was for my big vacation next Fall so knowing it takes me awhile I started ahead. I swear when we get in our 50's it all has to do with hormones....I blame everything on them....LOL. Hang in there my friend. I know you continue to have success! emoticon

My clothes aren't fitting right at the moment, either. It does get frustrating. emoticon emoticon A loss is a loss! Sounds like you are doing all the right things. I have a friend that also belongs to WW b/c she likes having the meetings to go to.

About the meals....I bought myself an assortment of serving size (mostly 1 CUP capacity, some slightly larger) freezer containers. Whenever there are leftovers @ mealtime, I promptly divide them up into the containers. It makes for nice & quick entrees to reheat in the microwave later on. I call them the mystery meals, as I don't label them. Eating out is expensive, isn't it??
