5 Things That Hold Me Back

I'm on the Turquoise Titans BL Fall Challenge and one of our challenges for this week is to list 5 things that hold me back from accomplishing my goals. You know, I don't think I've ever really thought about this even though I certainly haven't been successful every time I try to lose weight. So now that I have given it some thought, here goes!
l. I don't like strength training but I know it is important that I add it to my exercise routine. I do like cardio except I don't always get all I should each week.
2. I'd rather spend my time knitting, crocheting, reading and being on the computer rather than exercising especially when I'm watching TV! Also rather do those things than be in the kitchen cooking!
3. I justify "cheat" or splurge days more than I should to be successful!
4. It is easy to be talked out of choosing healthy foods when I'm with friends and/or family. Guess I'm a wimp!!!!!
5. At some point, before reaching my goals, I get content where I am and won't push myself to get where I know I should be.
Okay, now that I've put these in a blog it will make me really think about it every time I reread this!!!
